Hydraulic Radial Injection Core

Principle of Operation

The system uses magnetic levitation, similar to Maglev trains. However, instead of moving vehicles, the levitation is used to suspend a metal plate inside an evaporator filled with deionized water. This levitation is achieved through Halbach magnetic arrays, which concentrate the magnetic field on one side, creating an effective magnetic monopole.

Four magnetic arrays spin in opposite directions (clockwise and counterclockwise), canceling out lateral forces and stabilizing the suspended plate. When electric currents are induced in the plate, a secondary magnetic field is generated that interacts with the rotating magnetic field, creating magnetic friction that heats the plate up to 850°C—well above the melting point of aluminum.

Multiple Applications

In addition to electricity generation, the turbine can also power a piston system for cooling, similar to a refrigerator compressor. This dual-use capability allows the same core to deliver both heat and cold.

Thanks to its air intake capability, the system can also extract atmospheric water. Furthermore, by using indirect heat and without chemical additives, it can desalinate seawater by evaporating and condensing pure water—leaving the salt available for industrial use.
Additionally, the system can apply electrolysis to process lithium from brines, using the electricity it produces internally.

Prototype and Testing

A functional prototype is already in operation. In tests with three types of water (deionized, seawater, and tap water), we observed:

Seawater distorts magnetic fields, reducing thermal efficiency.

Tap water showed moderate performance, with solid deposits affecting the magnetic field.

Deionized water yielded the best result, efficiently reaching 100 °C using 5,200 Gauss magnets.

Modular Configuration

The system is housed in a standard shipping container (20 or 30 feet). A 20-foot unit can generate up to 1 MW. Larger units may include gearboxes and produce up to 1.8 MW with torque adjustments and additional generators.

The modular design allows easy scalability of energy production without redesigning the core structure, providing flexibility to adapt to diverse industrial demands.

Current Status and Commercial Outlook

Patent granted in Mexico (April 2024); international registration underway (U.S. and Europe)

Demonstration unit under construction in Puebla, Mexico (near the airport)

Commercial model: industrial trial installation under contract, with purchase option after validation
